Anna MORENO-LASALLE

Dancer

After graduating from the University of Barcelona with a degree in Art History, Anna Moreno-Lasalle studied singing at the Conservatori Superior de Música del Liceu with Cecília Fontdevila, and has also studied with Marimí del Pozo, Dolors Aldea and Cyndee Sanner.

She has worked with masters such as Pierre Cao, Nigel Rogers, Lászlo Heltay, Martin Schmidt, Günter Theuring, Andrew Parrott, Josep Pons, José Luís López-Cobos and Lawrence Foster and collaborated with the Orquestra de Cambra (Andorra), Sacqueboutiers (Toulouse), Concerto’91, Orquestra de Cambra del Teatre Lliure, Orquesta Sinfónica de Galicia, Orquestra Simfònica de Barcelona i Nacional de Catalunya, among others.

She has recorded for Catalunya Música and Televisió de Catalunya and participated in summer festivals including Grec’96 i Grec’97, Festival de Música del S.XX (Barcelona), Aujourd’hui Musiques (Perpignan), Festival de Músiques Contemporànies at the CCCB (Contemporary Culture Centre, Barcelona), Festival d’Autonner de Barcelonne “Ribermúsica”, Festival Mozart (La Coruña) and in the seasons of the following orchestras: OBC (Orquestra Simfònica de Barcelona i Nacional de Catalunya), OSG (Orquestra Sinfónica de Granada), Orquesta Sinfónica de Galicia and the Orquestra de Cambra d’Andorra.

Anna has sung numerous oratorios from all eras and in many styles; she has performed in operas ranging from Baroque to 21st century compositions. At the Lied, she paid particular attention to French and American 20th-century music and to the works of Catalan composers of every era.
